WD-40, Mechanic and Auto Parts
I got all these auto parts for free by visiting garages and auto supply stores. I labeled and kept track of what I’d borrowed from Napa Auto Parts, a Toyota dealer, and the corner mechanic, so I could return them. I found the mechanic’s jumpsuit at Western Costume, the major costume supplier in Hollywood, but have subsequently located a great San Diego source. I also held the casting for the right “mechanic”.
